Westcott Village Clean-Up

Clean-Up days are an opportunity for everyone who lives in or uses the village facilities to help keep it looking spic and span. Usually some basic tidying, litter picking, wash the road signs, cutting back any vegetation around signs, dog bins etc. If you have any suggestions, please take a look and comment at ‘Westcott Clean Up Day’ on Facebook. Any help on the day is appreciated! We meet at 10.30am at the bus stop on the High Street. Bags and tool provided.

Westcott Open Gardens

Westcott Open Gardens may take place in 2023. Usually a selection of gardens (number to be confirmed) around the village are opened by their owners for people to view for an entrance fee. All proceeds go to Cancer Research. Ticket available from any of the gardens, see signs and map on the day.
Lots to see: formal and informal, small and large, vegetable and fruit. Lovely views, poly tunnels, fish and other animals, Japanese garden, wormery, living willow and two thatched cottage gardens.
Refreshments available with seating area – sandwiches (to order), home made cakes, hot & cold drinks. Plus a plant stall.

Westcott Village Fun Day

Westcott Village Fun Day usually takes place during summer at Westcott Cricket Club. This is a family friendly event with stalls, a dog show, bands, BBQ and a number of bars. All proceeds are shared between the school, church and cricket club.
